Built in 1961 as a hunting lodge, the house was modified in the early 1980's. An extensive rehabilitation was done including Solar and Rainwater collection in 2015. The house features top of the line appliances by Subzero and Thermador.

Currently the house is open to guests for rentals year round. We are located in the Catskill Mountains, minutes to the Ashokan Reservoir, New Paltz, Kingston, and Minnewaska State Park.
